In order to comply with the regulations in relation to Covid-19 please be advised of the following order of business for the Circuit Family Law Court scheduled for 11th May to 20th May 2021.

Tuesday 11th May 2021

Please consult the Legal Diary on the Courts’ website for the time assigned to your case.
 

Wednesday 12th May 2021 and Thursday 13th May 2021

A call-over of the Circuit Court Family Law list will take place at 10.30a.m. each morning in which the Judge will allocate time slots to cases for hearing.  ONLY the Solicitor or Barrister from each side of a case may attend this call-over (or the actual party where they are not legally represented). Parties will need to be in a position to confirm their readiness to proceed and the length of time their case will take at hearing, Clients should not enter the Courthouse until they are called in by their Solicitors.  Please ask your clients to remain close by so that they can attend the Courthouse at short notice.
 

Friday 14th May 2021

Please consult the Legal Diary on the Courts’ website for the time assigned to your case. Please note that the original Notice of Trustees, the original Affidavit of Service, the original letter from the Trustees approving the Court Order and 4 copies of the Pensions Adjustment Order must be filed in order for the Pension Adjustment Order to be ruled.
